The delivery: fast and reliable
How is my purchase delivered? WoW gold is delivered face-to-face by our character. In order to receive the gold amount you ordered, you need to meet our sender character for the trade. The meeting points are Goldshire for Alliance and Ratchet for Horde, at the mailbox in the respective city. Our char will contact the customer ingame by a whisper when the delivery is due to take place.
For Lord of the Rings Online, Vanguard and Eve the delivery method we use is the in game mailbox. Our delivery team will send the ordered game currency amount to your character. All you have to do is to take your character to the nearest mailbox and collect the gold.
Guild Wars, unlike most MMORPG, does not have an in-game mail system. Therefore the gold has to be delivered via face-to-face trade. Our character will meet your character, usually at the Temple of Balthazar, International District 1, to hand over the ordered amount.
It is important for our WoW and Guild Wars customers to select which times they are usually online so we can meet in the game.
How long will I wait? What is more frustrating than waiting endlessly for your order? Here at GameGoods we understand this and want to avoid you any inconvenience by

Can I get banned? Buying Gold, ISK or Platinum will
by no means get your account banned: the only cases when you could get banned are completely separate to what GameGoods offers you and will not occur because of your purchase. It may happen if you use bots or cheats for example, but this is not used during the delivery process at all. We could not maintain a sustainable company if our users got banned, this is why you can be reassured that your order is 100% safe at GameGoods!
